Just booked my reservations. my Spanish isn't great and my phone service was bad, so just by happenstance the booking call was a major hassle. Yet, their employee (I think her name was Carina) remained both professional and warm throughout the whole process. So far I have nothing but good to say for this Hotel!

Great place to stay. Reasonable price that includes continental breakfast . Including shampoo, soap, body cream, hair dryer and even an iron to press or touch-up your clothes. TV. No fridge. Spacious rooms. Walking distance to a huge shopping center wit ATMs available. Very clean .
The hotel had the amazing advantage of having an accessible fast way to the mall, where we were able to eat an extravageant meal, yet our only complain was that it was rather hard to find our way to the hotel at first, no easy to understand directions or signs etc.

Located on a shopping mall and close to the city center, 15 mins of a ride. The room has enough space. I spent more than 3 weeks in this hotel and more on several city express hotels so that the breakfast was always the same/similar. Breakfast is enough but not a wide variety.
The people is very nice, and the rooms are good. If you have point with them you van check in a little bit earlier. The only thing I didn't like, is that they don't have parking lot, and the breakfast only includes fruit and coffee. I'm just to to to other city express where they offered a little bit more for similar prices.
